个人简介 领英
我是中国科学院计算技术研究所全职在编助理教授(助理研究员),可独立指导计算机科学方向博士生和硕士生。在此之前,我作为博士后研究员(2021.10-2024.8)和实习研究员(2021.7-2021.10)在中国科学院计算技术研究所从事深度学习方面的研究,合作导师为徐勇军研究员(主任)和安竹林副研究员。
我于广东工业大学(2018.09-2021.07,导师为 Wing-Kuen Ling 教授,IET Fellow/国家海外高层次人才)与英国布鲁内尔大学(2019.10-2020.10,导师为 Lu Gan 教授)联合培养获得机器学习工学博士学位。 此前,我在广东工业大学攻读计算机科学工学硕士学位(2016.09-2018.07),导师为郝志峰教授(汕头大学校长)和蔡瑞初教授(国家优青);并在江西师范大学(2012.09-2016.07)获得数学理学学士学位。

我的研究核心聚焦于面向开放环境的持续学习,贯穿“通用机理探索、开放场景验证”的学术脉络,致力于打造具备记忆与自主演进能力的可靠与高效AI系统。主要研究兴趣包括:
- 机器认知与高效大模型:探究深度神经网络的持续判别与生成机理,结合知识蒸馏与低比特量化等模型压缩技术,实现开放环境下的数据规律挖掘与高效知识表示。
- 场景感知与多模态学习:聚焦真实物理空间,攻克样本稀缺与噪声繁杂的三维点云少样本持续学习难题,探索视觉、语言等多模态知识的长期协同。
- 理论底座与因果机理:溯源对抗“知识遗忘”的内在机理,挖掘驱动知识积累的因果本源,结合因果强化学习赋予大模型可解释的记忆能力。
